I've been known to write a "creative" complaint letter in my day, but this one is priceless. It is an actual letter sent to Virgin Airlines regarding their food. There is only one picture attached to the article, although 6 are referenced within the letter. You really don't need the pictures; the author is pretty good at describing things. It had me in tears. Enjoy.
