Here is a great article from NRO discussing the "shaky" facts that Obama is using to support his call for government-supported early childhood education. Ultimately, there should be more parenting classes or even employer incentive to offer paternity/maternity leave, etc. All of these would allow mothers (or fathers) to stay at home and provide for their children, not to institutionalize our kids.
