On the airplane (brekky), I had some carrot and celery and red bell pepper sticks, and a handful of pumpkin and sunflower seeds.
Then we we got to Gail's house, she made black bean hummus and had a plate of cut veggies to dip in it. It was great!
For dinner, Gail made asian stir fry (from the Fuhrman forums). It was fabulous! Here's the dish:
