Punish Yourself Then.....

Janet Napolitano vowed "swift justice" for those responsible for the death of an American Border Patrol Agent recently and said to a family that the president is doing more than any other president has on the issue of border security.

I guess that includes suing a state for trying to protect themselves from illegal immigration?

I wonder if she'll prosecute herself?   Will the case be dropped by the Department of Justice because the person killed was a white American?
