While many argue the US has no money, there is plenty being spent on the secret military bases across the globe and on prisoner executions. Still, however, there are many social problems existing in the US that go neglected by the government. So what are the pros and cons for having such expensive military bases, especially since there is no more Cold War or any obvious outside threat?
