President Barack Obama has pulled a lot of troops out of Iraq, a war he promised to end. Yet there are still American military in Afghanistan despite Obama's announced drawdown. There are a couple of promises that president hasn't kept, however, and here is one more: Guantanamo bay. Even though Obama ended some Bush-era torture practices such as water boarding, he hasn't asked for a criminal investigation into allegations of detainee abuse against George W Bush and other senior administration officials. This is something that Human Rights Watch is asking him to do. Laura Pitter, counterterrorism advisor from Human Rights Watch, explains.
