Talks are still underway between President Obama and top lawmakers over the battle on raising the $14.3 million debt ceiling. While raising taxes on the wealthiest Americans is still not be on the table, more cuts to programs to help the poor might. In the state of Minnesota where the government is still shut down there are similar issues. It's important to keep an eye on what's going on there with protesters now taking to the streets. Max Fraad Wolff, senior analyst of Greencrest Capital, joins RT's Kristine Frazao from New York to talk more.
