The Arab League will apply to upgrade the Palestinians to full-member status at the United Nations, according to a draft statement from a special meeting of the group in the Qatari capital, Doha.
While the Palestinians continue to seek support for their UN-membership bid, countries around the world have been proposing various ideas and plans for peace between the Israelis and Palestinians.
