14th Amendment To Be Challenged! (By 14 States!)

Automatic American Citizenship if you get squeezed out this side of the Rio Grande?  Not so fast says Arizona! 

Don't know how they are going to do it - but 'bout darned time!   America is THE most liberal in granting citizenship to people in the world!  However our 14th Amendment goes back to Civil War Times when the Republicans were stacking the deck against southern democrats by wanting to count the Negros as American citizens who could vote.  The whole load up the demographics game has gone on for centuries now.
