yet another crazy day..........

Okay - so up till 3 am working on employee issues.

Got to work at 9am - had to do financial accounting - and my Lead called out.  So I used my other Lead to finish the finances before I raced to a meeting to get one of the people we care for accepted into a day program to associate with others.  He really is amazing.  He's profoundly retarded but since he's been in my program - my staff have him "talking" for the first time ever in his life and he's feeding himself - it's phenomenal what's possible when people believe and dream.  Then to race back to the bank to get all transactions finished and then finish doing the paperwork to have a new employee trained and ready to operate on his own.

 Then my Lead tells me she's going to the ER and they run some scans and it turns out she has MS.  MS!  Multiple Sclerosis!!!!  WTF(rick)?????

What the heck is going on?????

This is just insane!

I'm not even done with my day. I had to stop and take a break and have to race back to work to finish the books because I have investigations training tomorrow.  This is just nuts.
