REGULATE - not MANDATE interstate commerce......

Okay - so the crafty villains who designed but didn't read Obamacare and then voted for it - say that the federal government has the power to regulate interstate commerce.

Okay - but here in Oregon, since insurance companies don't cross state lines.....how is that interstate commerce?
